Card Terms & Conditions

1A privilege, not a right

Cards are given out at the manager's discretion only. It is an invited privilege. It is not a loyalty scheme you earn, not something you can buy, and not something you are owed.

The Deck Bangkok reserves the right to withdraw or amend the card, or the scheme, at any time and without notice.

2How you get one

There is nothing to apply for. Cards are offered by a manager to guests we recognise as regulars, and who live or work close by.

• You need to be on THE LIST, which is free and open to everyone.
• A manager decides. We are looking for people who can walk here. It is a judgement, not a boundary on a map, and we do not publish one.
• When you are invited, we ask for a photograph of yourself in the app so our team can recognise you at the table. It sits alongside your LINE profile picture on our staff screens — it does not replace it, and it never appears in LINE.
• Not being invited is not a decision about you. Keep coming in.

3What you get

15% off full-price à la carte food and drinks.

4What it does not apply to

Not valid with any other offer or promotion, including but not limited to:

• Set menus and event packages
• Happy Hour
• Free Flows
• Sunset Sangria
• Snacktastic Wednesday
• Taco Tuesday AYCE
• Discounted pricing of any other kind

Service charge and VAT are calculated on the amount after the discount.

If an item is already reduced for any reason, the card does not stack on top of it.

5Using it

• Show the card before you order. It cannot be applied retrospectively — once the order is in, or the bill is printed, it is too late.
• Named cardholder only. Not transferable. You must be present and dining.
• One bill per table, once per visit. Splitting a table into several bills to use the discount more than once is not permitted.
• There is no limit on how many people are at the table. The limit is the bill.
• Show the QR code in the app and our team scans it. Codes last 90 seconds and work once — tap the card again for a new one.

6Where and when

Valid at The Deck Bangkok, Sukhumvit Soi 20 and Soi 26, from August 2026.

Whenever we are open. There are no excluded days, evenings or public holidays.

7How long it lasts

• A card runs for one year from the date it is approved.
• We will tell you in LINE before it expires, and you can ask us to renew it.
• Renewal is at our discretion, like the original application.

8Withdrawing a card

We can withdraw a card at any time, for any reason, without notice, and we do not have to explain the decision. Reasons would usually include:

• The card is used by someone other than the named holder
• Bills are split to use the discount more than once
• The account details given are false
• Behaviour towards our team or other guests makes it inappropriate to continue

Withdrawing a card does not affect your Coffee Club stamps or your place on The List. Those are separate and open to everyone.

9Your information

To run the card we hold your name, your LINE profile and ID, your mobile number, the area you gave us, a photograph of you, your birthday day and month if you joined VIP Birthday Experiences, and a record of your visits and bill totals.

• Your photograph is seen only by our team, on staff screens, when a card is scanned or an application is reviewed. It is never published, shared, or shown to other customers.
• We do not sell your information or pass it outside The Deck Bangkok, other than to the service providers who run our systems for us.
• Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Deleting it closes the card.
• We keep it while your card is active and for two years afterwards, then delete it.
• Joining THE LIST means we will message you in LINE — what is on, member deals, and your birthday. Never more than weekly. You can leave at any time by telling us or blocking the account.

Taking your photograph is part of applying. If you would rather we did not hold one, do not apply — the Coffee Club and The List need no photograph and are open to everyone.

10Coffee Club and The List

The Coffee Club — every tenth coffee free — and The List, our member list with its VIP Birthday Experiences, are open to everyone and are not part of the Locals Card. Having a Locals Card does not change them, and losing one does not affect them.

11General

• Management’s decision on all aspects relating to The Locals Card is final.
• Governed by Thai law. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• The card has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

1The club

The Deck Dog Club is open to everyone on THE LIST who brings their dog. Joining is free — add your dog's name and photo in the app, or just bring the dog and our team will start the card at the till.

2Paw stamps

• One paw stamp per visit with your dog, added by our team at the till.
• The stamp is for the visit — you do not need to buy anything from the Pet Menu. Your table does need to order food or drink; walking through is not a visit.
• The dog has to actually be here. No dog, no stamp — our team’s judgement is final.
• One stamp per day, however many dogs you bring.

3The reward

On your 10th visit, one free meal from the Pet Menu — excluding the Beef.

• The free meal is for the dog, from the Pet Menu only.
• The Beef is excluded, always.
• No cash value, not transferable, not exchangeable for anything else.

4House rules

• Dogs must be under control and considerate of other guests, two-legged and four.
• Management may withdraw a card, or the scheme, at any time without notice.
• Management’s decision on all aspects of the Deck Dog Club is final.

1The card

The Coffee Club is free and open to everyone on THE LIST. Show your code in the app and our team scans it — one stamp per coffee, and staff can add the rest of a multi-coffee bill in one go.

2The reward

• Collect 9 stamps and your next coffee is free.
• The free coffee is a house coffee of your choice.
• Stamps have no cash value and are not transferable.

3House rules

• Codes last 90 seconds and work once — tap the card again for a fresh one.
• Management may amend or end the scheme at any time without notice.
• Management’s decision is final.
